Panel includes 20′ power cord. Exhaust Fan: has a brushless motor (lifetime guaranty), 12~26DC & 1000 RMP. Fan size: 16″ x 16″ x 8.5″ deep. Kit includes case for two 12 volt back up batteries. Batteries not included. As well as a Thermostat. Our own unit has been continously running since installed in March. These are specially made for us (for greenhouses) by factory producing atic exhaust fans for years (sold through all major retailers).
